Could not receive at 17.3 kHz

My SDR saw a telemetry signal at 18.2 kHz at 1215 UTC showing my receiver is working. But nothing of the Peace Message at 17.2 kHz. I used a small active loop antenna. Is the signal normally received by people in New England (Northampton, Massachusetts USA 42.3251° N, 72.6412° W) ?

I will need to improve my system for next time.

Sorry, you could not hear SAQ in WRD 2023.
We do receive positive reports from New England, this time we have a positive report from NH.
