Welcome to the World Heritage Site Grimeton on July 2nd, 2025, to participate in the celebration of the 100th anniversary after King Gustav V officially inaugurated the Royal Telegraph Administration’s major investment in a Swedish longwave radio station.

The program for the day will be presented later, but we promise a wonderful, folk-oriented event.

During the anniversary day, we are planning for a transmitter start and a transmission of a telegram via SAQ. For participation in the transmitter launch, we will offer a limited number of seats in the Transmitter Hall.
Ticket release date is March 31, 2025 at grimeton.org.
The exact time of the broadcast will be announced closer to the event.

Other activities at the Grimeton World Heritage Site on July 2, 2025 are free of charge.

The traditional Alexanderson Day is cancelled this year.
