On the United Nations Day, October 24 2015, the SAQ transmitter in Grimeton will again send out a message on 17.2 kHz CW to the whole world. Start-up of the transmitter begins approximately at 09:30 UTC and  at 10:00 UTC a message will be transmitted, which this year has been written by Påskbergs School in Varberg.

If you want to be at site during the transmission, the World Heritage Grimeton is open on UN day between 10.00 and 15.00 (CET). Free entrance. A special 2nd World War exhibition will also be open.

    Very heavy static S9+60 covered most of the transmission this time. 100ft LW, VLF converter to FT2000.
    Disappointing but glad the Old Lady did her stuff again.

    Heard the Old Lady with +28db over noiselevel,RX computer+soundcard,antenna half Square 10Mhz.
