SAQ received in Graz (AT)

I could receive SAQ on 14-02-2023 at 15:00UTC in Graz, (47° 4′ N , 15° 26′ O), with an SNR of ca. 15 dB (carrier/noise). Antenna: Custom-built active dipole (2×1.2m). 3m above roof, ca 12m above ground. Some local QRM, SNR worse than on 16-11-2023, but the whole message could be clearly received.
