No Copy In VK1 – Terrible QRN

Unfortunately, no copy here with my multi-turn loop at my temporary remote site in the hills, about 20 km from my Canberra QTH (to get away from city noise). Just bad luck that there was constant loud snap, crackle and pop atmospherics; the A/D frequently hit overload! In fact, only the biggest 3 VLF signals showed in the noise here in my Spectrum Lab waterfall. It was 1900 hrs local (UTC+10) at 800m ASL, so it was a cool winter’s night.

Just wanted to let you know that I was trying, even if the QRN made it impossible, and a big thank you for all your wonderful work there!
